The Thomas M. Balliet School strives to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of every student to prepare him or her for success in a rapidly changing world. Emphasis is placed on quality instruction and sustaining high levels of student achievement. In support of student academic achievement, Balliet has incorporated the programs of before school tutoring, Saturday tutoring, Accelerated Reader program, and the Cornerstone initiative (which uses research-based instructional comprehension strategies to increase student learning).
